1. About the Platform

nodiq.eu is a multi-module AI-powered SaaS platform operated by NICOMM TEAM SRL (hereinafter "the Provider"). The platform includes four modules: Smart Docs (document processing and data extraction), Smart Translator (automatic document translation), SEO Optimizer (SEO audit and optimization), and Market Intelligence (market analysis and competitive pricing).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform services.

3. User Account

  • Access to services requires creating an account with a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform limits is not permitted.
  • The Provider reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits and Payments

  • Platform services are paid for by purchasing credits. Each operation consumes a specified number of credits.
  • Purchased credits do not expire as long as the account is active.
  • Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Unused credits are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
  • Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

5. AI-Generated Content

  • The platform uses AI models (Google Gemini) to generate content and analyses. Results are indicative and may contain inaccuracies.
  • The user is responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing the generated content.
  • The Provider does not guarantee that generated content is complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

6. Acceptable Use

It is prohibited to use the platform for:

  • Generating illegal, offensive, or misleading content
  • Spam or abusive marketing activities
  • Unauthorized system access attempts
  • Reselling or redistributing services without written agreement
  • Any activity that violates applicable Romanian or EU law

7. Intellectual Property

  • The platform, interface, code, and algorithms are the property of NICOMM TEAM SRL.
  • Content you upload (files, URLs, texts) remains your property.
  • Content generated by the platform based on your data belongs to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform. The Provider's total liability to a user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the last 3 months. The platform is provided "as is" in beta phase, with possible interruptions or limitations.

9. Changes to Terms

The Provider may modify these Terms and Conditions by notifying users via email or platform display at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Romania.

12. Module-Specific Technical Limitations

Each platform module operates with certain technical limitations inherent to the technologies used. By using the platform, you agree to these limitations and understand that results may vary depending on the type and quality of input data.

12.1 Smart Translator — General

  • Translations are generated by AI models and are indicative in nature. They do not replace the services of a certified human translator and may contain errors in terminology, nuance, or context.
  • Credits are consumed upon initiating processing, regardless of the perceived quality of the final result.
  • The user is responsible for reviewing and correcting translations before professional or public use.
  • The module includes a domain-specific Glossary managed exclusively by the user. Approved terms are automatically injected into translation prompts to improve terminological consistency. The user is responsible for the accuracy of terms added to the Glossary.

12.2 Smart Translator — DOCX Files

  • The page count displayed for DOCX files is estimated from document metadata and may differ from the actual number of visual pages.
  • DOCX files exported from graphic design software (CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Publisher, etc.) may show inaccurate page count estimates and layout differences from the original, as they contain absolutely-positioned vector elements that cannot be repositioned automatically.
  • DOCX files obtained by converting from PDF may contain non-standard document structures that affect translation quality and page count accuracy.
  • For best results, use DOCX files created natively in Microsoft Word or LibreOffice.

12.3 Smart Translator — Scanned PDF

  • Scanned PDFs are treated as images. Translation is performed through AI visual analysis, without extracting text in editable format.
  • Translation quality for scanned PDFs depends directly on the resolution and clarity of the original scan. Poorly scanned, skewed, or low-contrast documents may produce degraded results.
  • Formatted text, tables, and graphic elements from scanned PDFs cannot be extracted and faithfully reproduced in the translated document.

12.4 SEO Optimizer

  • The SEO module analyzes static HTML returned by the server. Sites built with heavy client-side JavaScript (React SPA, Vue SPA, Angular, etc.) may show incomplete data for content, images, or headings if these are rendered exclusively in the browser.
  • Sites using SSR/SSG (Next.js, Nuxt, WordPress, PrestaShop, Magento, etc.) are analyzed correctly.
  • AI-generated SEO recommendations are indicative. The Provider does not guarantee improvements in search engine rankings as a result of implementing them.
  • PageSpeed scores are retrieved from Google PageSpeed Insights and reflect the site's state at the time of analysis. These may vary over time.

12.5 Smart Docs

  • The module processes PDF files (native and scanned), DOCX, XLSX, CSV, and images. The maximum limit is 100 pages per file.
  • Data extraction and structuring is performed by AI models (Google Gemini). Accuracy depends on the quality and complexity of the input document. Documents with non-standard layouts, complex tables, or low-resolution scanned text may produce incomplete results.
  • Results are exported to Google Sheets (a personal spreadsheet created automatically for each user) and can be downloaded in XLSX format. The user is responsible for verifying extracted data before use.
  • Credits are consumed per successfully processed file. Files exceeding the page limit or generating processing errors do not consume credits.

12.6 Market Intelligence

  • Price data comes from third-party sources (Google Shopping, Google Search via Serper, online marketplaces). The Provider does not guarantee their completeness or accuracy. Prices reflect the online situation at the time of analysis and may differ from actual purchase prices.
  • Trend and seasonality data comes from Google Trends. This service may be temporarily unavailable due to rate limits imposed by Google. When Google Trends is unavailable, the analysis runs without trend data and costs 3 credits (vs. 5 credits for a full analysis). Current availability is displayed in the module interface.
  • The Discovery feature (identifying trending products) depends entirely on Google Trends availability. If the service is unavailable, the Discovery feature cannot be used.
  • Market analyses are intended solely for commercial research and information purposes. They do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. The user makes business decisions at their own risk.
  • Credits are consumed upon successful completion of the analysis. Failed analyses (Gemini error and insufficient price data) or Discovery searches with no results do not consume credits.

12.7 Uploaded Files — Storage and Privacy

  • Files uploaded for processing (documents, PDFs, images) are stored temporarily only for the duration of processing and are automatically deleted after the result is downloaded or the session expires.
  • We do not store your files permanently. We do not use them to train AI models and do not share them with third parties.
  • The user is responsible for keeping copies of processed files. The Provider cannot be held responsible for loss of files due to session expiry.
